The Air Conditioning Supervisor will manage a team of 5 engineers, overseeing a mix of maintenance, installation and project work.
This is a working supervisory role, split between office-based coordination and site-based activities, with an industrial air conditioning focus.
The successful candidate will work across VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and occasionally some refrigeration such as cold rooms, while managing client relationships, commissioning paperwork, estimating, quoting and commercial aspects of project delivery.
There is a clear progression path towards a Project Manager role.
