Our client, a well respected, UK-wide consultancy operates across multiple sectors including commercial, education, heritage, and residential. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and collaborative working, they provide multi-disciplinary services in architecture, surveying, project management, and more. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team in the London office.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary £25,000 - £30,000

Job Overview:

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support the team in delivering a full range of professional and project-based surveying services across commercial, education, residential, and heritage sectors covering London and the surrounding areas. You will gain exposure to key areas including condition surveys, refurbishment projects, contract administration and specification writing, while receiving structured APC support and mentoring towards Chartership.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline (RICS accredited preferred)
  • Desire to progress towards MRICS qualification
  • Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and report-writing skills
  • Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)
