The Role
- This is a sales-driven, target-based role.
- Key responsibilities:
- Business development (cold calling, lead generation)
- Building and managing client relationships
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
