The company deliver a wide range of refurbishment and fit out projects across the South of England, with schemes typically ranging from £10k to £3M. With a £15M turnover, circa 45 office staff and 130 operatives, they offer strong financial stability, a structured commercial team and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Supporting cost planning, measurement and take-offs across multiple projects
- Managing procurement and issuing subcontract enquiries
- Preparing valuations and applications for payment
- Monitoring project costs, variations and subcontract accounts
- Attending site visits and progress meetings
- Supporting commercial reporting and administration
- Working closely with senior QS staff and gaining increased project responsibility
Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Background in refurbishment, fit out or subcontracting preferred
- HNC, Degree or equivalent construction/commercial qualification
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Confident working across both office and site environments
- Full UK driving licence
