They provide accounting, tax, audit and advisory services to SMEs, owner-managed businesses and private clients, and have built a strong reputation for delivering a proactive, relationship-driven service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join their established tax team. Role Overview - Tax Manager Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients including high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, landlords and trusts. Deliver tax planning advice across a range of personal and business tax matters. Enjoy a high level of autonomy with genuine opportunities for career progression. Role Requirements - Tax Manager Strong personal tax background gained within an accountancy practice. Confident dealing directly with clients and building long-term relationships. Ability to provide practical, commercially focused tax advice. Salary & Benefits - Tax Manager ~ Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 depending on experience. ~ Company pension scheme. ~23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. ~ Free onsite parking. ~ Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities. ~ Exposure to a high-quality and varied client portfolio within a respected independent practice.
