Bennett & Game are representing a growing and well-established construction consultancy who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Northern team.
The successful candidate will join a business delivering Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management and wider construction consultancy services across a diverse range of projects. Their portfolio includes residential, healthcare, commercial, education, refurbishment and fit-out projects, with work undertaken for a broad range of clients across the UK.
This is a key appointment within the Warrington office, offering the opportunity to take responsibility for your own projects while working alongside another Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Deliver full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a varied project portfolio
- Take commercial responsibility for projects from inception through to final account
- Prepare estimates, cost plans, Bills of Quantities, tender documentation and financial reports
- Manage procurement, subcontract packages, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Provide commercial advice and support to clients and project teams
- Attend client and project meetings and develop strong working relationships
- Support, mentor and develop junior and mid-level Quantity Surveyors
Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at Senior QS level or ready to progress
- Main contractor or contractor-side Quantity Surveying experience is strongly preferred
- Strong experience across both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying
- Experience across a varied range of construction projects
- Able to manage projects independently and take ownership of commercial delivery
