Bennett & Game Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established specialist demolition contractor who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across both tendering and live projects, supporting the delivery of complex demolition works across a range of sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple demolition contracts from tender stage through to final account, ensuring commercial performance, compliance, and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, price, and submit competitive tenders
- Manage multiple projects from contract award through to final account
- Price variations, including asbestos works and demolition packages
- Support the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and H&S documentation
- Liaise with clients, site teams, Contracts Managers, and senior leadership
- Provide commercial support to operational teams on contractual matters
- Previous experience within demolition, construction, or a related sector
- Background working for a contractor or subcontractor
- Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and commercially aware approach
- Excellent communication and IT skills
