A well-established design and fit out business with over 50 years of experience is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join their team near Portsmouth. With a turnover of £7.8 million and exciting growth opportunities, the company specialises in creating innovative and functional office environments. As they prepare to move to a state-of-the-art office, complete with amenities such as a gym and café, this is a fantastic time to join and be integral in helping the business secure new business opportunities. The Business Development Executive will be pivotal in driving growth by managing a long sales lifecycle and cultivating meaningful relationships with clients. The role is office-based, with potential flexibility for the right candidate with hours that are worked. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, securing appointments, and contributing to the continued success of the business. Business Development Executive Salary & Benefits Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum. Generous up capped commission structure, offering 2% of the profit made on projects, with realistic OTEs of £10,000-£20,000. 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
