Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Manage the commercial aspects of facade remediation, cladding replacement and building safety projects across London and the M25 corridor
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment, cost reports, variations and final accounts
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and commercial administration throughout project delivery
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial performance to maximise project profitability
- Work closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure successful commercial delivery of projects
- Develop your commercial expertise within a rapidly expanding contractor delivering prestigious remediation and building safety schemes
Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Open to Assistant Quantity Surveyors looking to step up into a Quantity Surveyor position, as well as experienced Quantity Surveyors
- Experience working for either a Main Contractor or Specialist Subcontractor
- Experience within facade remediation, cladding or the external envelope sector would be advantageous, although candidates with strong general contracting experience will also be considered
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to projects across London and the M25 corridor as required
