Our client a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their growing Leeds office. The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or applied to be, Yorkshire based with experience in the residential / commercial sector. Building Control Surveyor Position Overview Survey unsafe buildings, giving advice or approving their demolition Write inspection reports and issue completion certificates Involvement in a wide variety of work with plan checking, site inspections and project management duties. Ensure project runs smoothly from inception to completion, whilst ensuring compliance with the building regulations.
