We have an opportunity to join a client of ours, a well-established M&E Contractor based in West Yorkshire who specialise in full M&E installations and refurbishment projects within the commercial sector in Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
Commercial Plumber Job Overview
- Supporting the M&E division in completing full mechanical refurbishments and installations projects
- Completing installations and ongoing maintenance of hot and cold-water systems including pipework, valves, and fittings.
- Completing installations and testing on heating systems including boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating
- Coordinating with other trades including HVAC and Electrical to ensure the projects are completed successfully
Commercial Plumber Job Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating (or equivalent)
- Experience completing commercial plumbing and pipework installations
- Full UK driving licence holder
- Based within a 45 minute commute of Wetherby
- Desirable qualifications - Enhanced DBS, CSCS Card, Unvented Water Regs
