We currently have an opportunity available with a well-established M&E contractor based in West Yorkshire who specialise in the full turnkey design, estimating, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems within the commercial and industrial sector.
This opportunity is available for either experienced Electricians and Junior Electrical Estimators looking for career progression. Our client will also consider experienced Electrical Estimators looking for a new challenge, with the salary/package being flexible with experience.
Junior Electrical Estimator Job Overview- Completing pricing and estimates on commercial electrical tenders ranging in value from £50k up to £9m
- Working alongside an experienced Estimating team who will provide training and guidance on the estimating process and requirements
- Liaising directly with teams within the electrical contracting industry including other contractors, clients, and end users
- Working from the company's head office in Bradford, West Yorkshire
- Strong background within the electrical contracting industry
- Experienced working on commercial electrical projects/contracts within sectors such as retail, healthcare, education, commercial fit-out, etc.
- Experienced in completing surveys, quotes, and client communication
- Any experience completing electrical estimates and assisting with tenure would be highly desirable, with Trimble experience advantageous
- Based within a commutable distance of Bradford, West Yorkshire
- Basic salary £40,000 - £50,000 (negotiable if experienced in estimating)
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (with an early Friday finish)
