Our client works across a broad range of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Residential, Leisure, Hospitality, Education and refurbishment projects. Our client has recently secured a large framework, with fast-paced projects will involve surveying existing buildings, developing proposals, identifying finishes and producing technical information for contractors to price and deliver. The successful Architectural Technologist will also have the opportunity to work across the wider portfolio, ensuring the role remains varied and providing exposure to multiple sectors and project types. Revit is preferred, although strong AutoCAD skills combined with some Revit experience will also be considered. As the workload continues to grow, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop client-facing responsibilities, progress into a job-running position and ultimately help build and lead their own team.
