Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

We currently have an opportunity to join a long-standing specialist within the electrical projects sector, who have been completing CAT A & CAT B office fit outs across London for over 40 years.

Job Overview

  • Manage electrical projects across the office fit out sector from conception through to completion, with values ranging from £1m - £1.5m
  • Procure labour and materials, and keep project costs in control
  • Working from the head office in Bishops Stortford, with regular visits to sites across Central and East London
  • Being the point of contact for client contact, escalations, and site issues

Job Requirements

  • Strong background within the electrical construction sector, with any experience working specifically on office fit out projects highly desirable
  • Confident in managing projects, liaising with clients, procurement, site/labour management, and compliance management
  • Based within a commutable distance of Bishops Stortford and happy to travel to sites across Central and East London

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary £50,000 - £65,000, negotiable depending on experience
  • Expenses paid for site travel (fuel or train fees)
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
