We've partnered with a growing HVAC & Mechanical Contracts based in Gloucester, who are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager with a minimum 2-3 years of experience and strong technical knowledge. The business has thrived on repeat business over a number of years and operates within the retail, leisure, and full commercial sectors.
Day to day, the HVAC Site Manager will manage on-site HVAC installation teams. The project will involve overseeing the CAT B project; installation and commissioning of VRF, Air Handling units, BMS and Cold-water services. You must be able to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project activities and procure materials. As the site manager, you will be required to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on schedule. Additionally, you will be conducting site inspections and progress reporting, managing site health and safety.
HVAC Site Manager Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale HVAC & Mechanical installation projects within the commercial sector.
- Come from an HVAC and/or mechanical installation background.
- Comprehensive knowledge of heat recovery systems, fan coils, AHUs, and air conditioning equipment.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' site managerial experience in HVAC or related trades.
- Hold relevant trade certs such as SMSTS, Black card or Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management.
