Bennett & Game are representing a leading specialist drylining, partitions and ceilings subcontractor who are seeking a BIM Manager to join their growing team. Our client has established itself as one of the UK's leading specialist interior systems contractors, delivering complex drylining, partitioning and ceiling packages across commercial, healthcare, education, residential, mixed-use and data centre sectors. Working alongside many of the country's leading main contractors, they have developed a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging projects and have experienced significant growth through expanding their in-house design and BIM capabilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing BIM delivery across major projects from pre-construction through to completion, whilst helping to shape and develop the company's BIM processes, standards and long-term strategy. BIM Manager Position Overview

  • Lead BIM delivery across multiple live projects from pre-construction through to project completion
  • Manage and coordinate project models using Revit and associated BIM platforms
  • Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, processes and workflows across the business
  • Coordinate design information between architects, consultants, main contractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Review and resolve technical queries, drawing comments and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support project teams with clash detection, model reviews and BIM coordination workshops
  • Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) processes and document control procedures
  • Work closely with design, commercial and operational teams to develop practical and buildable solutions
  • Monitor BIM quality standards and ensure project deliverables comply with client and project requirements
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the company's BIM capability and wider design function

BIM Manager Position Requirements

  • Proven experience managing BIM delivery on large-scale construction projects
  • Minimum 5 years' experience using Revit within a professional construction, architectural or engineering environment
  • Strong experience coordinating projects within a BIM environment and managing technical design information
  • Experience within drylining, interiors, partitions, ceilings or specialist subcontracting would be advantageous, although candidates from wider construction sectors will be considered
  • Good understanding of BIM standards, industry best practice and ISO 19650 principles would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Degree qualified in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline preferred, with a full UK driving licence advantageous
