Our client a Civil Engineering Contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to work on projects from climate adaptation and infrastructure projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will receive a generous salary up to £85k + Car allowance or Salary Sacrifice Electric / Hybrid Car Scheme, company bonus, Private Healthcare and fantastic career development. The company that the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working for are a well-established Civil Engineering contractor, whom work on projects from conception through construction to project delivery.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on prestigious projects around Portsmouth. Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration Salary – Upto £85k Company Car / Allowance 25 Days holiday + BH Pension up to 10% match Phone Bonus Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview Manage the Cost Value Reconciliation process within the business Establish and maintain the Operations/Commercial partnership required Monitor manage risk & associated budgets Monitor performance standards & quality Procure subcontractors at lower than Tender sums whenever possible. Seek to negotiate the best price for the company Build strong relationships with clients & their representatives Discuss and develop procurement strategy with team members & in accordance with the contract programme.
