Our client a Civil Engineering Contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to work on projects from climate adaptation and infrastructure projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will receive a generous salary up to £85k + Car allowance or Salary Sacrifice Electric / Hybrid Car Scheme, company bonus, Private Healthcare and fantastic career development. Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration Salary – Upto £85k Company Car / Allowance 25 Days holiday + BH Pension up to 10% match Phone Bonus Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Overview Manage the Cost Value Reconciliation process within the business Establish and maintain the Operations/Commercial partnership required Monitor manage risk & associated budgets Monitor performance standards & quality Procure subcontractors at lower than Tender sums whenever possible. Seek to negotiate the best price for the company Build strong relationships with clients & their representatives Discuss and develop procurement strategy with team members & in accordance with the contract programme.
