Senior Lease Advisory Surveyor required to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West with over 70 staff across their offices spanning from Truro to South Wales. They are offering a salary up to £60k plus car / car allowance, an excellent work-life balance, hybrid & flexible working as well as ongoing support and development. Based from our clients’ Bristol or Exeter office, the Lease Advisory Surveyor will be responsible for managing lease renewals on commercial properties throughout the South West. Our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West. Collate information, report to and advise clients of the best strategy for rent reviews and lease renewal instructions. Negotiate rent review and lease renewal instructions, either with the parties directly or their surveyor/advisor. Advise clients on 3rd party or court action where appropriate. Be able to act as an expert witness in 3rd party determination (training and support given). Be an active member of the team, engaging with business development for the local office area and wider South West.
