Principal Structural Engineer Job Overview Strategic Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the Head of Structures to manage team resources, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality. Innovative Design Leadership : Translate client briefs into conceptual designs, from inception to completion. Excellence in Delivery : Oversee the entire design process, ensuring compliance with British Standards, Building Regulations, and internal quality protocols. Project Management : Lead day-to-day operations, from initial assessments and scheme drawings to cross-disciplinary coordination, regulatory approvals, and site inspections.
