The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership while mentoring junior engineers, helping to strengthen the next generation of technical and client leadership within the practice.
Projects are predominantly design-led and span sectors including healthcare, commercial, and education, with a varied workload incorporating surveys, assessments, detailed design, and early-stage project input.

Job Overview:

- Experience delivering projects from concept through to construction
- Software experience with Tekla and/or TEDDS beneficial, but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach
