Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Boston, Lincolnshire is actively seeking an Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to progress and further their career within a team of talented individuals. This Architectural Practice specialise within Residential and Commercial developments and you will get the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects.
Our client is looking for an Architect that has experience within the Residential or Commercial sectors. This role requires an Architect to have experience running a project from inception to completion, a strong eye for detail/design, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and presenting design proposals and detailed drawings
- Meeting with construction professionals
- Completing feasibility studies
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications
- Attending site
This practice uses AutoCAD on a daily basis so it is essential to have an excellent working knowledge of this software.
