Our client, a specialist M+E services provider, who operate throughout the South East, are seeking an experienced static Air Conditioning Engineer / Working Supervisor to join their team, covering prestigious sites in the Windsor area.
The Static Air Conditioning Supervisor will be overseeing 2 other experienced engineers, as well as working on the tools themselves, carrying out servicing and repairs of air conditioning systems across a large prestigious site, ensuring systems are always running smoothly.
Due to the nature of the site, it has an ageing HVAC infrastructure, so the Air Conditioning Supervisor must be technically competent, working on older systems, with no supervision, prioritising high 1st fix rates etc. as they will be the technical lead for the site.
The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be managing KPIs, ensuring high standards are maintained.
