Job Overview
Off the back of recent education‑sector project wins, our client, an award‑winning Architectural practice, is looking for a Project Architect in their Altrincham office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing exceptional learning environments across Primary, Secondary and Higher Education, including Special Educational Needs designs. The successful Project Architect will join a supportive, design‑lead and specialist team to work on projects ranging up to £100m in project value, using Revit daily. They will lead the design development and technical delivery of educational projects across all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities
- Work through RIBA stages 0-7
- Lead the design development and technical delivery of educational projects across all RIBA stages
- Act as project lead on school and higher‑education schemes, ensuring design quality, statutory compliance and client objectives are consistently met
- Manage and collaborate with teams
- Ensure milestones are met with confidence and clarity
- Produce high quality drawings using Revit
Requirements
- Previous background working within the Educational sector
- Exposure to all RIBA stages
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience running projects and managing teams
- Knowledge of DFE working practices
- Live within a commutable distance of Altrincham
- ARB or RIBA Chartered Architect
