Following recent project wins, our client, an award-winning Architectural practice, is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their Altrincham office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing exceptional projects either in the Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sector.
The successful Architectural Technologist will join a supportive, design-led and specialist team to work on projects ranging up to £100m in project value, using Revit daily. The role will involve producing drawings, technical designs and specifications to support design development.

Position Overview:
- Produce detailed drawings, technical designs, specifications and schedules using Revit to support projects from design development through to construction.
- Develop and manage designs, ensuring accuracy, coordination and compliance with project standards.
- Prepare technical information packages for planning, tender and construction stages.
- Coordinate technical information across disciplines, identifying and resolving design and construction issues.
- Work closely with the wider technical team.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to support smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all work complies with current Building Regulations, industry standards and best practice.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
- Advanced working knowledge of Revit, with experience producing detailed technical information.
- Exceptional technical design skills.
- Experience within either the Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Live within a commutable distance of Altrincham.
