Air Conditioning Project Manager is required for our client who is an ever-growing, developing Building Services contractor based in Hertfordshire.

The Air Conditioning Manager will manage all air conditioning projects (value up to £400k), which includes building a pipeline for AC project work with existing customers, surveying and completing project works, and producing technical quotations for all new works from existing clients. Responsibilities also involve managing projects on-site, overseeing client meetings and presentations, and developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate pipeline data, targeting new opportunities in key fields, and achieving KPIs.

Job Overview

The Air Conditioning Project Manager will be running installations of various Air Conditioning equipment with some full HVAC projects incorporated. All projects will be across London & Home counties. The ideal candidates will live within commutable distance of Hemel to attend the Head Office. The projects will vary in value up to £400k.

Job Requirements

  1. Refrigeration & air conditioning qualifications is desirable
  2. Minimum four years\’ project management experience working across HVAC projects – values up to £300/400k
  3. Hold Strong HVAC Technical knowledge
  4. Desirable to hold knowledge of Heat Pumps
  5. Management training is desirable
  6. Be able to commute to the company\’s head office in Hemel and able to cover London and home counties.

Salary & Benefits

£60,000 per annum, based upon experience
8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday – Hybrid
23 days holiday plus bank and rising with service
Nissan Pick-up truck
Pension – 4% of the Employee\’s basic salary
