My client is a Global Leading Manufacturer of HVAC Cooling equipment across AHUs, CCUs, Air Conditioning and Chillers. They are seeking a Global Technical Support Engineer to support the Data Centre Solutions Team working with clients, sales teams, factories across Europe, and the projects and field-based teams. The role will support the successful specification, selection, manufacturing, factory testing/witnessing, site installation, site commissioning & site witnessing of Data Centre Products to deliver projects following the recognised Level 1 to 5 process.

Job Overview

  • Review and document mechanical, electrical, hydronic, refrigeration, controls, and integration systems to ensure correct selection and successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Provide support for callouts, fault finding, maintenance, and after-sales services post-delivery, installation, commissioning, and witnessing.
  • Work with schedules, technical specifications, schematics, wiring diagrams, CDE documents, software strategies, BMS/BAS points lists, RAMS, and RCAs.
  • Assist in creating project-specific wiring diagrams, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Develop project-specific documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Support teams from sales to project managers, field service engineers, and end clients.
  • Verify factory processes, including testing and quality control, to meet client requirements and address deviations.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to achieve company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Hold CSCS Card (or equivalent); desirable certifications include 18th Edition, IPAF/PASMA, F-Gas, IOSH, or CITB.
  • Understanding of the Data Centre industry, HVAC equipment, building site operations.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpreting wiring diagrams and controls.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK & Europe (hold valid passport & UK driving license).

  • £50-60K per annum depending on experience.
