The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 Β£ per hour.
The core purpose of the role is to provide first line supervisory management overseeing and leading a team of stocktake colleagues at our client's retail premises and be responsible for completing the clients stocktake accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues, providing leadership, guidance, training, and support to meet required productivity and customer service targets and standards.
- Meet stock specific customer service level agreements and deliver accurate and timely stock/inventory audits.
- Provide timely, accurate and meaningful numerical information reporting via in-house systems.
Qualifications:
- Previous team leader or first line supervisory or management experience (minimum 1 year) within a fast-paced retail, warehousing, distribution or inventory environment.
- Experience supervising and developing a team of at least five colleagues.
- Ability to plan, manage and operationally direct a team to meet customer and productivity targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly numeric.
- Excellent customer service skills face-to-face.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure, remain calm and multi-task to meet customer expectations.
- Full driving licence / own car with maximum 6 points.
- Flexible and available to travel locally and throughout the region.

Working Hours & Salary:
- Hours of work: up to 48 hours per week.
- Casual contract with ongoing and regular work to suit your lifestyle and personal commitments.
- Working days: Monday β Sunday.
- Salary: Β£9.65 whilst training, then Β£10.27 per hour once training complete.
Please note that all shifts will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of kick stools and ladders. This role will involve working some unsociable hours, early mornings or late afternoons into the evening, therefore we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
