Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be competent in all aspects of plastering, with proven experience in both lime rendering and plasterboarding. This role is ideal for someone who can deliver quality finishes and adapt to a variety of project types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces and areas for plastering and boarding.
  • Install plasterboard systems (walls, ceilings, partitioning), including cutting and fixing.
  • Apply lime render and traditional plaster on internal and external surfaces.
  • Skimming, float and set plastering, patch repairs, and restoration work.
  • Ensure a clean and safe worksite while maintaining top workmanship standards.
  • Work from technical drawings and liaise with project managers and other trades.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of plastering experience.
  • Strong skills in plasterboarding and drylining.
  • Demonstrable lime and silicone based rendering experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with conservation or heritage work is an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
  • CSCS card desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £35,500.00 per year
