Benjamin Grace are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce CVR/CTC, cost reports, and forecasts
- Manage cash flow and commercial performance
- Oversee EWNs, CEs, applications, claims, and disputes
- Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and payments
- Ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation
- Build strong client and supply chain relationships
- Support and mentor junior commercial staff
About You
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying
- Strong in cost control, reporting, and contracts
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Infrastructure / rail experience desirable
