We are seeking an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join a growing team, working on rail and civil infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, tunnels, station works, flood alleviation, and lineside civils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare tenders from first principles and deliver cost-effective, accurate estimates.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and project risks.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and the supply chain.
  • Present tenders and cost reports to senior management.
  • Support proposals and contract management functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in civil engineering (rail, highways, utilities, or power).
  • First Principles Estimating expertise.
  • Strong civil engineering project knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Competent in Excel, Word, and estimating software.
