Are you an experienced RF Design Engineer with strong DAS expertise looking to work on one of the UK s largest rail telecommunications programmes?
We re recruiting for a Design Engineer to join a major infrastructure programme delivering 4G and 5G Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) across the UK s mainline railway network.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become the technical lead for RF design on a nationally significant project, working alongside Network Rail, Mobile Network Operators and specialist delivery partners.
This is a highly autonomous role where you ll have real influence over technical solutions, engineering standards and programme delivery.
The Role You ll be responsible for the end-to-end RF design process, from initial surveys through to integration and final validation, ensuring designs are technically robust, practical to deliver and commercially effective.
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders, you ll provide technical leadership whilst driving innovation and continuous improvement across the programme.
