We are seeking an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join a growing team, working on rail and civil infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, tunnels, station works, flood alleviation, and lineside civils.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders from first principles and deliver cost-effective, accurate estimates.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project risks.
- Liaise with subcontractors and the supply chain.
- Present tenders and cost reports to senior management.
- Support proposals and contract management functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator in civil engineering (rail, highways, utilities, or power).
- First Principles Estimating expertise.
- Strong civil engineering project knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Competent in Excel, Word, and estimating software.
