We are seeking a highly motivated Isolations Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of Isolation and OLE resources across a diverse portfolio of rail projects.
This is a varied role that combines operational delivery, resource management, client liaison and business development, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time while maintaining the highest safety and performance standards.
The Role Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for managing the effective coordination, supply and utilisation of Isolation and OLE personnel, ensuring all resources are deployed safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.
You will also support isolation planning activities, lead workforce planning, undertake on-call duties and contribute to the continued growth of the department through excellent client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
