Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational change, workforce planning, and transformation programmes.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders.
  • Support the development of a positive, values-led and high-performing culture.
  • Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement, accountability, and organisational effectiveness.
