We are seeking an experienced Rail Civils Supervisor to join a growing team, delivering a diverse range of rail civil engineering projects across the UK. The successful candidate should ideally be based within the South East or London and be willing to travel and work away from home as projects require.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the safe and efficient delivery of rail civil engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, materials, and resources.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, inspections, and quality audits.
- Maintain compliance with Network Rail standards, company procedures, and all health and safety legislation.
- Liaise effectively with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, and depot personnel.
- Complete site documentation, permits, inspections, progress reports, and quality records.
