We are recruiting a Design Engineer to join a leading provider of scaffolding and temporary works solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer with industry experience who is looking to develop their technical skills, gain exposure to a wide range of projects, and progress toward chartership within a supportive and experienced design team.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and checking of scaffolding and temporary works solutions
- Produce engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
- Support project teams with safe, practical, and cost-effective designs
- Work to recognised standards including TG20, BS5975, Eurocodes, and CDM regulations
- Liaise with site teams and attend site visits when required
- Support the preparation and review of risk assessments and method statements
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers while developing technical competence
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience or strong interest in scaffolding, temporary works, or structural design
- Working knowledge (or desire to develop) of TG20, BS5975, Eurocodes, and CDM
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit, Tekla, or scaffold-specific software beneficial)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
- Willingness to attend site visits and collaborate with project teams
