Job Summary
A lead plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.
Job Duties
- Perform minor to complex plumbing service work on residential or light commercial plumbing systems.
- Ensure the job was completed correctly and eliminate unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
- Explain services performed to the client upon completion, ensuring client satisfaction with all work before leaving the job site.
- Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.
- Wear shoe coverings in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of plumbing experience.
- Proven experience with a track record of successful project management and compliance.

- Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
