The role of Finance Business Partner:
- Producing insightful weekly, monthly and annual management reporting, complete with commentary and recommendations to support informed decision-making
- Business partnering with commercial and procurement teams on tender processes, pricing models, inflation recovery and evaluating new business opportunities
- Supporting operational and logistics teams with financial analysis to help deliver against key performance indicators and business targets
- Collaborating across the organisation to monitor and support profit improvement initiatives
- Coordinating budgets and forecasts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure plans are both realistic and achievable
- Maintaining and improving costing processes, ensuring systems remain accurate while supporting and training key users
- Supporting an efficient month-end process, reconciling key balances and investigating variances to ensure robust financial control
- Providing ad hoc analysis and financial support on a variety of projects that contribute to the success of the wider business
The ideal candidate for the role of Finance Business Partner:
- ACCA or CIMA qualified/part-qualified status, or equivalent experience gained through a QBE route
- Previous experience in a management accounting, commercial finance or finance business partnering role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Customer-facing or stakeholder management experience
