Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for an experienced and detailed orientated Payroll Manager to join a successful and rapidly growing company in Lincoln. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead payroll operations and contribute to the company's continued success.

The role of the Payroll Manager:
- Management of the Payroll Team, ensuring effective and accurate delivery of 2-weekly and monthly payroll, including reporting
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations e.g. Tax/HMRC
- Year End processes; ensure all year end processes are complete e.g. holiday, tax
- Administration of the pension scheme
- Contribute to research and recommendation for the annual Remuneration Committee/Pay Review process
- Ensure effective communication with regards to pay across all sites
- Produce regular or ad hoc data & reports as required or requested
- Provide contingency cover for 2-weekly and salary payroll processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve payroll systems and processes
The ideal candidate for the role of Payroll Manager:
- Member of CIPP
- Proven experience in a payroll function in a multi-site environment
- Able to work autonomously to deadlines
- Accurate & attentive to detail
- Experience of developing and implementing payroll software
- Experience developing pay strategy
