In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the company's continued growth by delivering accurate financial analysis, driving cost efficiencies, and partnering with operational teams to optimise performance.

The role of the Management Accountant:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with detailed cost analysis and variance reporting
- Support operational teams with product costings, bill of materials (BOMs), and pricing strategies
- Develop and maintain standard costing models, identifying and addressing variances
- Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts, providing financial analysis to support operational decisions
- Monitor and report key financial metrics, including overhead recovery rates, efficiency variances, and margins
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency
The ideal candidate for the role of Management Accountant:
- CIMA Qualified / Part Qualified / Qualified by experience with good manufacturing experience will also be considered
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting
- Proficient in ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
