You will either be currently working as a Financial Controller, Financial Accountant, Finance Manager or have a proven track record of working in Practice managing a team. This is a broad and influential finance role, offering responsibility across management and statutory reporting, cash flow forecasting, audit, tax, capital expenditure and budgeting. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and wider operational teams, while also leading and developing a small finance team. The role would suit a technically strong accountant who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and ensuring the business has accurate, timely and meaningful financial information.
