About the Role

DropNet/Benjamin Button is growing fast and we’re looking for a highly organised Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our daily operations.

You will oversee the smooth running of stock, fulfilment, and logistics across our warehouse, ensuring everything moves on time, in order, and with precision.

This is a hands-on management role in a fast-moving e-commerce environment, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem solving, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations including stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Lead efficiency improvements and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Supervise and train part-time staff during busy periods
• Keep the warehouse tidy, well-organised, and running efficiently

Requirements

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operations
• Confidence with basic computer tools such as email and spreadsheets
• Reliability, initiative, and strong attention to detail
• Physical capability to handle boxes and move stock when required
