Aarc Estates is a private landlord seeking a reliable, experienced Property Inspector to carry out routine 6-monthly inspections across a portfolio of approximately 70 residential rental properties. All properties are located within a 2-mile radius of N22 (Wood Green), making the work fast, local, and efficient. This is an ad-hoc, pay-per-inspection role (£20–£25 per inspection) with flexible hours. For the right person, this may progress into a part-time property management role later in the year.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for carrying out practical, common-sense inspections of occupied rental properties, ensuring condition, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- This is a hands-on, field-based role, suited to someone comfortable working independently and dealing professionally with tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine 6-monthly inspections of residential rental properties
- Take clear, timestamped photos of each room and key areas
- Complete a simple condition report (template provided)
- Submit inspection reports as a PDF within 24 hours
- Identify and flag maintenance, damage, safety, or compliance issues
Inspection Pay
- £20 – Standard inspection
- £25 – Inspections requiring additional documentation (e.g. damage, leaks, mould, repairs, safety concerns)
