Aarc Estates is seeking an experienced Property Inspection Officer to carry out mandatory 6-monthly inspections across our portfolio of approx 70 residential properties. All properties are located within a 2-mile radius of N22 8HX, making the work fast, local, and efficient.

This is an ad-hoc, pay-per-inspection role (£20–£25 per inspection) with flexible hours. The position may transition into a part-time role later this year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine 6-monthly property inspections
• Capture clear, timestamped photos of each room
• Complete a simple condition report (template provided)
• Submit PDF report within 24 hours
• Flag maintenance or safety issues

Inspection Pay Structure

• £20 for standard inspections
• £25 for inspections requiring additional documentation (damage, leaks, mould, repairs, safety issues)

Requirements

• Proven experience in property inspections, estate agency, or property management
• Strong attention to detail and confidence engaging with tenants
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• Comfortable travelling locally between properties
• Smartphone required (no paid software needed)
• Other property related experience would be beneficial
