I'm supporting a BMS specialist who is looking to add two BMS Service Engineers to their BMS service & small works department. The client is a small to medium sized business that has an impressive record of delivering training and career paths to their employees.

The BMS Specialist provides service, maintenance & small/medium projects to their clients. The sites they attend have Trend, as well as Tridium BMS; therefore, at least one of these skillsets would be beneficial for this opportunity. The BMS Service Engineer can expect to work in Central London and surrounding areas such as Berkshire, Hertfordshire & Surrey.

The desired skill set for the BMS Service Engineer includes:

  • An electrical bias
  • BMS service & maintenance experience
  • Comfortability in completing service reports & quoting for work
  • Small work commissioning & fault-finding skills

If you are an electrically biased engineer and hold an 18th edition or an electrical apprenticeship, my client will consider applicants with BMS installation or BMS pre-commissioning backgrounds.

The package: £32,000 - £55,000 per annum + company benefits + car or car allowance (over £7k per annum). The prospective engineers can expect to work within an established team of industry specialists, periodically receive training & certification on the latest technologies (Trend & Tridium), as well as working within a localised area with no extensive travel.

If you'd like to discuss this opportunity in more detail, please feel free to call or drop me an email anytime.
