My client is recruiting for their BMS project division, they are one of the longest standing BMS companies in the South East and are keen to speak to BMS Install Engineers to add value to their BMS installation team. The role will be covering Central London, you will be part of the BMS installation team supporting projects valuing £100,000 - multi million's.
The successful BMS Install Engineer will be:
- Electrically biased & hold certification to support this (18th edition, 2391 for example)
- Experienced with commercial BMS install projects (construction, medium - large retrofit projects)
- Comfortable with schematic drawings, HVAC plant & associated field devices such as FCU
- Proficient with working to individual and team deadlines
- Hold a valid CSCS or ECS skills card
The BMS Install Engineer's duties will include:
- Wiring BMS control panels on site (Trend, Tridium, Distech and more) & associated field equipment
- Working on live and non live sites
- Liaising with other trades on site (mechanical, fire & security, BMS)
- Carrying out point to point checks
- Periodically supporting the BMS commissioning team
The Site Electrician will be paid:
- £38,000 - 46,000 per annum
- Expenses
- 25 days holiday plus bank
- Pension
