I'm working closely with a BMS specialist who are actively recruiting for a long term BMS maintenance contract in Central London. They are keen to speak to Lead BMS Engineers who will be big contributors to this particular contract.
They’re interested to speak with a Lead BMS Engineer who would be happy covering sites utilising the tube, all sites have great access to public transport. As a minimum, the Lead BMS Engineer would need to have a Trend skill set and be able to carry out BMS service, breakdowns, small work projects & lead a small team of engineers.
The role offers a variety of work and would also include surveying & quoting for new installs and upgrade work & liaising with the end client. Although the sites mainly have Trend products, there would also be exposure on Tridium.
The Lead BMS Engineer will be proficient with HVAC, plant rooms and any IP network experience would be advantageous for this role. This would be a perfect opportunity for a current BMS Engineer to step into a lead role and take on more responsibility. My client offers ongoing training on Trend & Tridium products.
The Lead BMS Engineer package would include:
- £48,000 - 50,000
- Car or travel allowance options
- Pension and more
This opportunity would allow the successful Lead BMS Engineer to make their mark on a large BMS maintenance contract. You will be part of a tight knit team delivering & leading BMS service, breakdown and small projects work.
