We are representing a BMS Specialist who has a big focus on optimising buildings, IoT solutions, and conventional BMS service. We are keen to speak to individuals with team leading experience and/or abilities.
The BMS Supervisor will be joining an established division. The role has been created to support business growth and further improve on the company structure. The BMS Supervisor will be from a BMS Engineering background and have a solid understanding of Trend or Tridium products.
The package for the BMS Supervisor would include £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + car (EV scheme option) or car allowance + pension + healthcare + weekly expenses. Sites mainly consist of Trend's portfolio of clients including universities, colleges, office buildings, private clubs, and leisure.
