BMS Project Manager - London, Mayfair

My client is keen on securing an established BMS Project Manager for a long term project in Central London valuing £2 million+.

My client are an industry leader in BMS project delivery so the successful BMS Project Manager can expect first class support and processes to assist with your daily duties.

The BMS Project Manager will have a background of delivering BMS projects of a similar value and have the confidence and skill set to manage a BMS project within set deadines.

  • The BMS Project Manager's duties will include;
  • First point of call for end client queries and potential variations
  • Weekly progress reports
  • Associated documentation
  • Sub contracting and staff coordination
  • RAMS
  • Overseeing multiple teams including install, design and commissioning
  • The BMS Project Manager will;
  • Be paid between £(Apply online only) a day
  • Be available to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
  • Available ASAP
  • Be able to commit to the duration of the project which goes into 2028
  • The BMS Project Managers skill set & experience must include;
  • Past & present BMS project management experience
  • Strong team leading skills and comfortable with end client interaction
  • Overseeing & coordinating multiple teams
  • Experience with RAMS
  • Comfortable with associated commercial paperwork on the project
