My client is recruiting for their BMS project division, a long‑standing BMS company in the South East, and are seeking BMS Install Engineers to add value to their installation team.

Role Overview

The role covers Central London and supports BMS installation projects valued from £100,000 to multiple million pounds.

Qualifications

  • Electrically biased and hold certification to support this (for example 18th edition, 2391)
  • Experience with commercial BMS install projects (construction, medium‑large retrofit projects)
  • Comfortable interpreting schematic drawings, HVAC plant & associated field devices such as FCU
  • Proficient working to individual and team deadlines
  • Hold a valid CSCS or ECS skills card

Responsibilities

  • Wiring BMS control panels on site (Trend, Tridium, Distech and more) and associated field equipment
  • Working on live and non‑live sites
  • Liaising with other trades on site (mechanical, fire & security, BMS)
  • Carrying out point‑to‑point checks
  • Periodically supporting the BMS commissioning team
